Saad & Zia Car Rental: Terms and Conditions

By reserving and renting a vehicle from Saad & Zia Car Rental, the customer ("Client") agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• No-Show / Late Cancellation (Within 48 Hours of Rental): If a Client cancels a booking less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental start date and time, or fails to show up for the rental ("No-Show"), the entire rental deposit and/or prepaid amount is non-refundable.

• Early Cancellation (48 Hours or More Before Rental): If a Client cancels a booking from the date of payment up to 48 hours before the scheduled rental start date and time, half (50%) of the rental deposit will be reduced (retained) by Saad & Zia Car Rental, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

2. Early Vehicle Return Policy

• Early Return: The rental rate is based on the confirmed booking period. If the Client returns the vehicle earlier than the date and time specified in the booking agreement, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the rental period.

3. Fuel Policy

• Fuel Level: The Client is required to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as recorded at the time of vehicle delivery (pickup).

• Refueling Charges: If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at delivery, Saad & Zia Car Rental will charge the Client for the cost of the fuel needed to return it to the original level, plus a reasonable administrative/service fee.

• Excess Fuel: If the vehicle is returned with more fuel than at delivery, the company will not refund the Client for the excess fuel.

4. General

• The Client is responsible for reading and understanding these terms prior to making a booking.

• Saad & Zia Car Rental reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
